Suggestions on Installation As many cars vary this is a suggested way to begin your fuel cell installation process.
Removal Remove all fuel from tank. Remove tank from car. After all fuel has been removed and tank is clean cut out tank bottom leaving about a 2 1/2 ridge.
Mount When mounting your new RCI fuel cell, your original tank mounts may take a little modification. We advise using a professional fabricator for this. allow at least 3 inches of space from the rear axle. Once the fuel cell is in place remount cut tank. The lid on the RCI tank is made as a seal this eleminates fuel spill around the lid. There is a rubber o ring that should be lubercated to allow easy removal and replacement.
